Paul Olaverri
Born and raised in the vibrant borough of Queens, New York, Paul is a chef deeply inspired by the rich tapestry of cultures that surround him. Growing up in a melting pot of nationalities, Paul developed a passion for exploring diverse cuisines. His culinary journey led him to several of New York City’s top catering companies, where he honed his taste and unique vision for hospitality. He is a proud founder of Bond St. Events where he seeks to share his love for culinary creativity, his commitment to quality and crafting a world of cuisine on every plate.

Jack Wu
Always driven and entrepreneurial, Jack launched his first international venture at just 16 years old. With a finance degree in hand and a passion for hospitality, he went on to establish successful businesses across New York City.From bars and restaurants to upscale floral design and fashion ventures, Jack has built a diverse portfolio. As an integral part of the BondST Events team, he plays a key role in business operations, bringing his expertise and vision to every project.

Mathew Hotta
For over a decade, Mathew has cultivated his experience in the hospitality industry. He believes innovation and thinking out-of-the-box are the cornerstones of creating incredible experiences. Mathew has had the opportunity to work with elite companies such as Creative Edge Parties and Olivier Cheng Catering and Events while offering operational direction for such pinnacle events as the 2019 Met Gala (NYC) and the 2021 Louis Vuitton Trunk Show + Virgil Abloh Tribute (Miami). Through his consultancy, The Table, he is thrilled to work with the Bond St. team!
